New problems from clinical practice education of medical students and measures to solve themHanqing Zhao, Zhanhua Li, Changwen Song
Abstract To find some effective methods or countermeasures by analizing the problems from clinical practice education.Problems and contradictions:Because of changes in social demands for medical students and the rising number of college students enrollment, phenomena such as postgraduate hot, bachelor hot and hard to find work are happening. Countermeasurs:(1)Rationally plan practice groups;(2)Make full use of the time at the beginning of practice to accomplish the studying in internal medicine and surgical department;(3)Lectures for clinical practice methods, postgraduate examination, and how to deal with the relations between finding jobs and practice;(4)Plan practice time rationally and scientifically.
