摘要：目的：了解颅内高压病人并发肾功能损害的相关因素，提高认识。方法：回顾性分析289例脑出血病人肾功能损害的有关情况。结果：除甘露醇外，病人的年龄、昏迷、感染及上消化道出血均与肾功能损害有关。结论：脑出血病人多因素参与肾功能损害。关键词： 脑出血； 肾功能异常； 昏迷； 感染； 上消化道出血
Analyzing the Related Factors of Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients Complicated with Abnormal Renal Function

Abstract :Objective: To know and improve the related factors of intracranial hypertension with renal function injury. Method:We reviewed the datas of 289 cases cerebral hemorrhage complicated with abnormal renal function. Result:The related factors of renal function injury is age ,coma,infection and hemorrhage of upper digestive tract except mannit. Conclusion:There’re several related factors of intracranial hypertension with renal function injury.
