调脂饮治疗高脂血症疗效观察

【摘 要】 目的 观察调脂饮治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 将60例高脂血症患者随机分为2组，对照组30例予脂必妥，每次3片，每日3次口服。治疗组30例给予调脂饮，每日1剂，水煎服。2组均治疗6周为1个疗程，停药3日观察临床疗效。复查血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)，载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)。结果 治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为76.7%、93.3%，对照组显效率和总有效率分别为50.0%、73.3%，2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)，治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、ApoB显著降低，HDLC、ApoAI升高，与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05～0.001)。结论 调脂饮治疗高脂血症疗效确切，可显著降低血清TC、TG、ApoB，升高HDLC、ApoAI，疗效优于脂必妥。【关键词】 高脂血症；中医药疗法；调脂饮
Clinical observation of Tiaozhiyin on hyperlipermia ZHANG Yixiang, Maternal and Child Health Facuty, Huidong County, Guangdon Province, Huidong 516300
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effection of Tiaozhiyin on patients with hyperlipermia.Methods 60 patients with hyperlipermia were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were administered Tiaozhiyin Decoction, once daily. 30 patients in the control group were given Zhibituo tablet, three tablets each time, three times a day. Sixweek was referred as a treatment course. The clinical effection was observed in both groups in three days after the treatment course finished. The level of serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), high dense lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC) and apolipoprotein AI and B (ApoAI , ApoB) were investigated before and after treatment in both groups.Result The apparent rate and the total effctiveness rate in the treatment group was 76.7% and 93.3% respectively, and 50.0% and 73.3% respectively in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The level of TC, TG and ApoB in the treatment group significantly decreased and the level of HDLC and ApoAI significantly increased after treatment. There was a significant difference compared with to the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusions There is a definite effect of Tiaozhiyin Decoction on hyperlipermia. ......
