【摘 要】 目的 探讨肾衰康胶囊对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效及延缓CRF进展的作用机制。方法 将120例CRF患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。治疗组在西医治疗基础上加用肾衰康胶囊。对照组则加用氧化包醛淀粉。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前、后的肾功能变化。结果 治疗组血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)；治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为30.0%、96.7%，对照组则分别为13.3%、68.3%，2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 肾衰康胶囊结合西医基础治疗治疗CRF疗效可靠，且能延缓CRF的进程。

    Clinical observation of Shenshuaikang Capsule on 120 patients with chronic renal failure ZHANG Hongxia, LIU Guifen. Jingdongzhongmei Hospital, Beijing 101601

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect and the function of delay chronic renal failure development of Shenshuaikang Capsule on patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 120 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups. 60 paients in the treatment group were administrated Shenshuaikang Capsule in addition to treated with western medicine. 60 patients in the control group were given Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch Capsules besides the western medicine treatment. The clinical effect and the change of renal function were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Result The level of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen significantly decrease and the level of creatinine clearance rate significantly increased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.01).The total effectiveness rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 68.3% in the control group, and there was a significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions Shenshuaikang Capsule combined with western medicine has a definite effect on chronic renal failure. ......
