Cause and preventive measures of medical disputes resulted from medical establishment of basic unitXinzong Wang
Abstract OBJECTIVE To explore the cause and preventive measures of medical disputes resulting from medical establishment of basic unit.METHODS The author analysed 53 cases appraised by the Medical Association of Fengxian District from September 2002 to January 2006.RESULTS The causes of medical disputes mainly included less responsibility,weak legal consciousness,lower technical level,inappropriate medical service informs and bad hospital management.CONCLUSION In order to prevent the medical dispute,we must help medical staff enhance the law consciousness,obey the standard of medical record,strengthen the technical train,improve relationship of doctors and patients,strengthen the hospital management.
