【摘要】 目的 探讨一种治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的有效方法。方法 对17例确诊为尿道内尖锐湿疣男性患者，应用电切技术切除全部病灶，术后尿道内灌注5-FU与中药煎剂。结果 17例患者症状消失，经6～24个月随访，均无尿道内尖锐湿疣复发和尿道狭窄发生。结论 电切术加术后5-FU与中药煎剂联合尿道灌注治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣，效果良好，无不良反应及明显并发症。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore an effective treatment of condyloma acuminatum in urethra.Methods 17 male patients were infused with 5-FU and Chinese-medicine in urethra after transurethral electroresection of condyloma acuminatum.Results All patients symptoms disappeared,and relapse of condylomata and urethral stricture cuminata didn’t occure. Conclusion Combination of transurethral resection with infusion with 5-FU plus Chinese medicine decoction is effective and safe for condylomata acuminata in urethra.
