多巴胺与多巴酚丁胺联合治疗难治性心衰60例疗效观察

     摘要: 目的：观察多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺联合治疗难治性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法：将120例难治性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组60例，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用多巴胺200 mg、多巴酚丁胺200 mg+5%葡萄糖注射液30 ml静脉泵入。比较2组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组58例患者治疗后心衰症状、体征明显改善，对照组36例改善，2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为95%，明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺具有显著改善CHF患者心功能的作用。

    Observation on curative effect of combined egimen of dopamine and dobutamine for refractory heart failure

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of dopamine and dobutamine for critically refractory heart failure (RHF). Method: The stochastic comparison compares 120 cases with refractory heart failure (RHF) patient (treatment group, control group contained 60 each), the treatment group adds the dopamine and the dobutamine in the conventional treatment foundation. Result: In the treatment group, symptom and signs were improved and the total effectiveness was 95%. Conclusion: The RHF patients treated with dopamine dobutamine have obviously effects on the heart function. ......
