[摘要] 目的 探讨三羟乙基芦丁的制备过程与条件,筛选最佳结晶溶剂,以优化其制备工艺及提高其含量。方法 以芦丁与环氧乙烷为原料,以甲醇、水等溶媒,在碱催化剂存在下合成三羟乙基芦丁。结果 显示三羟乙基芦丁的合成有一个最佳反应点(此时含量最高),其粗品含量可达73%以上。结论 甲醇为最佳结晶溶剂,精制后其含量可达90%以上。[关键词] 芦丁;三羟乙基芦丁;合成;工艺
