【摘要】 目的 总结自体肝移植患者围手术期的护理体会。方法 系统性回顾我院2例半离体肝部分切除、余肝自体移植手术患者的资料，总结自体肝移植患者围手术期的护理方法及经验。结果 本组2例均未发生护理并发症，均健康存活。结论 术前做好心理护理和健康教育及术后严密监护、疼痛护理、营养支持的同时, 密切观察有无小肝综合征、肝动脉栓塞、胆道狭窄、术后出血等并发症是自体肝移植成功的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summary the nursing experience in perioperative period of patients who receive liver autotransplantation. Methods We reviewed the data of 2 patients who were performed hemi-ex vivo liver resection and remnant liver autotransplantation in our hospital and summarized the nursing methods and experience in perioperative period. Results Both patients had no nursing complications and survived healthly. Conclusion Perfect mental nursing and health instruction during preoperative period and intensive monitor, ache nursing, nutritional support as well as careful observation of postoperative complications are key factors to insure the success of the operation.
