【摘要】 目的 了解医务人员恶性肿瘤发病特点，探讨防治措施。方法 利用本院1996年1月～2005年12月病案资料回顾研究，前后5年对比分析。结果 发病率提高了1.09%，好转率提高了30.76%(包括5年存活率)，死亡率下降了30.77%，平均患病年龄下降1.7岁，平均死亡年龄延迟了7.45岁。结论 发病率逐年上升，特别是结直肠癌；5年存活率提高，特别是乳腺癌；发病年龄趋于下降，40～50岁人群为重点防治对象。

    【Abstract】 Objective Realization the medicinal worker cancer incidence and characteristic, explore prevention and cure measure.Methods Cases from 1996 to 2005 medical records were review studied, balance analyzed front and behind 5 year.Results The incidence were increased 1.09%, improve were advanced 30.76% (cover 5 year existence), mortality fall 30.77%,average trouble age fall 1.7 year, average die age delay 7.45 year.Conclusion The incidence year after year rise, especially colon rectal cancer; The 5 year existence advance, especially breast cancer. The occur age go decline, The crowd from 40 to 50 age are stress prevent and manage.
