【摘要】目的观察益气活血方促进混合痔术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将62例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组28例。治疗组内服益气活血方汤剂，每日2次，外敷白玉膏每日1次；对照组仅应用白玉膏每日外敷创面1次。用药后分别观察2组患者在术后3、7、10日的疼痛、出血、排便、水肿等情况以及创面愈合时间。结果2组患者治疗后创面均趋于愈合，但治疗组在疼痛、出血、排便、水肿、创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论益气活血方促进混合痔术后创面愈合疗效良好。
