通脉汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕76例疗效观察

【摘 要】 目的 观察通脉汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕的临床疗效。方法 136例椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者随机分为2组。对照组60例予口服维脑路通，每次0.2 g，每日3次；西比灵，每次5 mg，每晚睡前服1次。治疗组76例口服通脉汤，每日1剂，水煎分2次服。2组均14日为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学指标变化。结果 治疗组总有效率99%，对照组90%，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2组治疗后全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 通脉汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕疗效确切。【关键词】 椎-基底动脉供血不足；眩晕；通脉汤

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongmai Decoction on dizzy due to insufficiency of blood in vertebrabasal artery.Methods 136 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in the treatment group were orally administered Tongmai Decoction, twice a day. 60 patients in the control group were orally treatment with Troxerutin, 0.2 gram each time, three times a day; Sibelium 5 milligram, once before go to bed. The clinical effect and the change of haemorheology before and after treatment were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 99% and 90% respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The indexes of haemorheology were significantly decreased after treatment in both groups (P<0.01). Conclusion There is a definite effect of Tongmai Decoction on dizzy due to insufficiency of blood in vertebrabasal artery. ......
