[摘要] 目的 观察特布他林治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎急性发作期之疗效。方法 40例慢性喘息型支气管炎急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组患者给予硫酸特布他林0.25mg加入0.9%生理盐水100ml中静点，观察用药前后患者的临床症状、肺部啰音、心率、电解质、血气(PaO2、PaCO2)的变化及副作用。结果 硫酸特布他林治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎，有效率达98%，未出现心悸、肌颤、恶心、呕吐等副作用，无电解质紊乱，PaO2提高到83.3mmHg，差异有显著性。结论 硫酸特布他林静脉注射能有效缓解喘息型支气管炎引起的支气管痉挛，改善患者的临床症状。

    [Abstract] Objective To assess the effect of terbutaline sulfate injection on patients in acute attack with chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods Forty chronic asthmatic bronchitis patients were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group with 0.5mg terbutaline sulfate injection and the control group.Results The effect rate of terbutaline sulphate in treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis was 98%,side effects were rarely occurred,PaO2 increased to 83.3mmHg.Conclusion Terbutaline sulphate can alleviate the bronchospasm and other symptoms of chronic asthmatic bronchitis. ......
