雅博司在肝癌手术中对肝功能的保护作用*

[摘要] 目的 探讨雅博司在肝癌手术中对肝功能的保护作用。方法 试验组24例，在肝癌切除手术中经过门静脉使用雅博司作为主要护肝药物。对照组26例，外周静脉使用常规护肝药物。两组病人检测术后肝功能的变化及了解术后并发症等。结果 术后第1天AST及术后第7天TB、AST、ALT、ALB，试验组与对照组的比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。对照组术后肝昏迷有2例，两组病人均无发生上消化道出血、肝肾综合征。无手术死亡病例。结论 雅博司在肝癌手术中对肝功能有显著的保护作用。[关键词] 肝癌；肝功能；肝切除术；雅博司

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the role of prevention of LornithineLaspartate application in hepatectomy.Methods 50 hepatocellular carcinoma cases who had hepatectomy were randomly divided into treatment group (LornithineLaspartate group) and control group.LornithineLaspartate were injected from port vein in 24 cases of treatment group in 7 days from operation day to 7th day after operation addition to routine treatment;26 cases of control group were treated by routine protocols at the same time.TBIL,AST,ALT and ALB were detected at the time points of before operation,1st day and 7th day after operation.Results ALT in 1st day after operation was lower in treatment group compared with that in control.TBIL,AST and ALT in 7th day after operation were all lower significantly in treatment group when compared with control (P<0.05).ALB Plasma levels in 7th day after operation was higher in treatment group than that in control (P<0.05).Conclusion LornithineLaspartate application by vein bolus had protective affect with hepatic function after hepatectomy in HCC patients. ......
