[摘要] 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT( MSCT)后处理技术( MPR、SSD)对隐匿性骨折的诊断价值。方法 对75例X线平片检查有怀疑、临床体征明显或随访仍怀疑的急性外伤患者行MSCT扫描，通过工作站后处理得到MPR和SSD图像，由两位放射科医师共同阅片，以明确有否骨折。结果 59例显示有骨折，阳性率达78.67%( 59/75)。其中肩关节3例，腕关节6例，骨盆8例，髋关节11例，膝关节20例，踝关节及足跗骨9例，眼眶、鼻骨各1例。结论 MSCT后处理技术( MPR、SSD)对隐匿性骨折是有效而可靠的检查手段。

    Application of post processing technique of multi-slice helical CT in the diagnosis of occult fracture

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice helical CT (MSCT) with two-and three-dimensional imaging reconstruction in detecting obscure fractures.Methods Seventy-five cases of acute trauma whose plain radiographies failed to reveal suspected fractures、suggestive clinic signs or follow up were scanned with MSCT,2D-MPR and 3D-SSD images were obtained in workstation,then the images were analyzed by two radiologists to evaluate whether there was a fracture or not.Results Fifty-nine cases had fractures,the detective rates were 78.67%(59/75).In 59,3 cases were involved in shoulder,6 cases in wrist,8 cases in pelvis,11 cases in hip,20 cases in knee,9 cases in ankle and foot,1 case in orbit and 1 case in nasal bone.Conclusion MPR and SSD reconstruction of MSCT is an effective way to diagnose definitely the occult fracture. ......
