[摘要] 目的 为了检验彩色多普勒超声对颈总动脉收缩期血流量测定方法的实用性。方法 选择男57例，女64例，共121例不同年龄的正常人( 心率60～100次/min)，据性别、年龄分组。用M超测定颈总动脉收缩适于计算流量的内径、全脉动周期内径值及收缩期最大空间—时间平均速度、全脉动周期内最大空间—时间平均速度。结果 用高斯通量公式计算颈总动脉收缩期流量及颈总动脉全脉动周期流量。两者比值在男、女性不同年龄组均为(0.53±0.04)。这一结果与实验结果(血管内流量为最大平均速度的0.57倍)相符。结论 彩色多普勒频移法对正常人颈总动脉收缩期血流量的测定能够反映远端器官的灌注流量。

    [Abstract] Objective To examine the measurement method of ejection period blood flow volume of normal person’s common carotid Artery.Methods Totally 121 normal subjects including 57 males,64 females of different ages (heart rate:60～100 times per minute) underwent examination.According to sex,age setting groups,measuring diameter and VTAMX either of the ejection period or the pulse cycle blood flow volume with the method.Results To calculate both period flow volume.The rate of the two volumes is 0.53±0.04 times among healthy male and female of different age.The measured result is fitted with the well-known experimental result,that is the actual volume is as large as 0.57 times of the maxmum volume.Conclusion To measure ejection blood flow volume of normal person’s common carotid artery reflects the far organ’s infusion volume. ......
