[摘要] 目的 评价超声引导下经皮经肝胆道置管引流术( UPTCD)对于阻塞性黄疸患者在外科手术术前减黄及无法手术的晚期癌症患者姑息性治疗的临床价值。方法 对15例阻塞性黄疸外科术前患者及20例无法手术且存在阻塞性黄疸的晚期癌症患者行UPTCD。结果 UPTCD一次置管成功率82.9%，二次置管成功率93.3%，三次置管成功率100%，全部病例引流通畅，效果明显。结论 UPTCD对于术前减黄和晚期癌症的姑息性治疗均有重要临床价值。

    Clinical application of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic cholangial (UPTCD) in patients with obstructive jaundice.Methods UPTCD were operated in 35 patients with obstructive jaundice(15 patients before the operation and 20 patients with inoperable advanced carcinoma).Results The successful rates of single puncture were 82.3%,two-times puncture 93.7%,three-times puncture 100%.The effects of all cases were good.Conclusion The clinical application of UPTCD for the patients with obstructive jaundice are of great value. ......
