[摘要] 目的 探讨宫腔超声造影术在子宫输卵管疾病诊断中的价值。方法 在实时阴道超声引导下，利用超声声学造影剂，观察子宫腔及输卵管的超声图像。结果 105例病例中，75例进行了输卵管通液术，检出30例子宫内膜病变，诊断符合率86.7%。其中，输卵管通畅37例( 49.3%)、输卵管欠通畅21例( 28.0%)、输卵管不通畅17例( 22.7%)。结论 经阴道宫腔超声造影术是一种有效、简便、损伤小，集检查、诊断、治疗于一体的影像学方法。

    Application of sonohysterography in diagnosing uterotubal diseases

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the diagnostic value for utero-tubal diseases by use of sonohysterography(SHG).Methods In the model of real-time scan of transvaginal sonography,Proceed hyseerosalping-ography and patency test using ultrasonic contrast media to observe the utero-tubal ultrasonographic images.Results Of 105 cases,75 cases underwent tubal sonohysterigraphy with 37 cases of patent oviduct(49.3%),21 cases of less patent oviduct(28%),17 cases of occluded oviduct(22.7%),30 cases of endometrium lesion.Conclusion Sonohysterography is an useful and simple method with micro-invasive and clinical significance in sonographic diagnosis. ......
