ATP-TCA法检测乳腺癌细胞对化疗药物敏感性的研究*

     [摘要] 目的探讨体外ATP法化疗药物敏感试验在乳腺癌细胞中的可行性。方法以ATP-TCA法，检测37例乳腺癌患者的癌细胞对6种常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果 ATP-TCA法的可评估率为91.89%；6种试验用化疗药物的敏感率分别为：足叶乙甙14.71%，紫杉醇20.59%，丝裂霉素32.35%，5-氟尿嘧啶47.06%，草酸铂58.82%，表阿霉素67.65%。结论 ATP-TCA肿瘤细胞化疗药敏试验可作为乳腺癌患者个体化疗中化疗药物敏感性的预测。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the application of the ex vivo ATPbioluminescence assay(ATP-TCA)in the chemotherapy of breast tumor.Methods The surgical specimens of 37 patients were tested by the ATP-TCA.Results Evaluable test results were achieved in 34 of 37 patients,the evaluability rate was 91.89%.The sensitive rates of etoposid(Vp-16),paclitaxel(TXL),mitomycin(MMC),5-fluoruracil(5-FU),oxaliplati(OXA),epirubicin(EPI)was 14.71% ......
