[摘要] 目的 探讨血管压迫致输尿管梗阻的诊断与治疗方法。方法 对12例血管压迫致输尿管梗阻、肾积水患者术前经B超、静脉肾盂造影(IVP)、逆行尿路造影或肾穿刺造影、计算机断层X线扫描(CT)确诊后采用手术治疗，术中切除异位血管或切除受压部分输尿管后肾盂剪裁，肾盂输尿吻合术(成形术)，腔静脉后输尿管则切断静脉后输尿管，行输尿管断端吻合术。结果 手术证实异位血管压迫致输尿管梗阻10例，腔静脉后输尿管梗阻2例。术后6个月~2年随访，肾脏、输尿管积水明显改善，肾功能改善良好。结论 血管压迫是输尿管和肾积水的常见原因之一；B超、IVP、逆行肾盂造影或肾穿刺造影并结合CT为诊断血管压迫致输尿管梗阻的常用方法；手术仍是血管压迫致输尿管梗阻的首选方法。[关键词] 输尿管梗阻；血管压迫；诊断；外科手术
Diagnosis and treatment of ureteral obstruction and hydronephrosis caused by repressed vessels:A report of 12 cases

[Abstract] Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral obstruction and hydronephrosis owing to repressed vessels.Methods preoperative ultrasound，intravenous urography(IVU)，retrograde urography or antegrade urography，computerized tomography (CT) were used in 12 cases to make the diagnosis.During operations,ureteroureteral anastomosis or dismembered pyeloplasty were performed.Results retrocaval ureters(2 cases) and congenital repressed vessels (10 cases) were verified.The patients have been followed up for 6~24 months.Hydronephrosis was relieved significantly and the renal function improved better.Conclusion Repressed vessels are one of the main causes of ureteral obstruction and hydronephrosis.Sonography ......
