[摘要] 目的 探讨高频超声对乳腺肿块术前诊断良、恶性的临床价值。方法 对经手术证实的152例乳腺肿块高频声像图进行回顾性分析，并与病理进行对照。结果 乳腺良、恶性肿块在肿瘤形态、边界、边缘回声、内部回声、衰减、钙化、血流分布方面具有明显差异。结论 乳腺良、恶性肿块的超声形态学表现与病理之间存在一定相关性，可根据其超声表现对肿块的生物学行为评估。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasonography in differentiating benign or malignant breast mass.Methods The high-frequency ultrasonography findings of 152 patients with surgically and pathologically proved breast mass were analyzed retrospectively.Results On high-frequency ultrasonography images and CDFI,the shape,border,internal echo,attenuation,calcification,and hemodynamics were different between benign and malignant breast mass.Conclusion There exists some correlation among ultrasonographic morphologic features and pathology in benign or malignant breast mass t o certain extent.The biologic behavior of breast mass can be assessed based on ultrasonographical feature. ......
