【摘要】 目的 探讨应用纵形带蒂岛状包皮瓣加筋膜覆盖一期治疗小儿尿道下裂的临床效果。 方法 对36例小儿尿道下裂患者采取纵形带蒂岛状包皮瓣形成新尿道，并用筋膜覆盖的方法进行手术治疗，注重阴茎头、阴茎与阴囊成形。 结果 一期成功31例，吻合口处尿瘘5例，随访1年无尿道狭窄，排尿正常，外观接近正常。一期成功率86.11%，尿瘘率13.89%。 结论 应用纵形带蒂岛状包皮瓣加筋膜覆盖一期治疗小儿尿道下裂成功率高、并发症少，值得临床推广。
