[摘要] 目的 探讨乳腺肿块的高频声像图表现。方法 对51例门诊及住院乳腺肿块患者进行高频超声检查并与手术病理对照进行回顾性分析。结果 51乳腺肿块患者中，乳腺增生症9例( 未经手术治疗)，良性肿块29例，恶性肿块13例。良性肿块的诊断符合率93%( 27/29)，恶性肿块的诊断符合率77%( 10/13)。结论 高频超声对乳腺肿块的性质、诊断及鉴别诊断有很大价值，为临床医师筛选手术治疗病例提供了重要依据，应作为临床首选检查方法。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate high-frequency ultrasonographical findings in breast masses.Methods High frequency ultrasound was used in 51 cases of breast masses.The findings were compared with surgical pathology.Results Breast proliperation sickness were found in 9 cases,benign masses in 29 cases,malignant masses in 13 cases.Diagnostic accurate rates were respectively 93 percent (27/29) and 77 percent (10/13) for the benign and malignant masses.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound has very great value for the nature,diagnosis and differentiation of breast masses,which can provide important basis to screen the surgery patients as the first choice. ......
