     Analysis and evaluation of 3 years performance of the inpatient department in Shihezi people’s hospital

    Abstract

    OBJECTIVE To collect 2002~2004 years’ performances of the inpatient department in Shihezi people’s hospital,and analyze the change trend,conclude the hospital’s successful management, and approach its further development.METHODS Adopt the description analysis and the dynamic analysis.RESULTS The inpatient number and the hospital’s economic benefits are both increasing in recent years.The work efficiency is elevated prominently, and meanwhile, the patients’ disease burdens are controlled at low levels.CONCLUSION From the reformation and management innovation, the hospital automatically changed to a study hospital and considered the patients benefits carefully. These result that the patients can afford the disease and the hospital develops its competition and raises the economic returns and social benefits. But the hospital needs the government’s support and guidance as the cause of the public good. The community health service should be emphasized to extend the hospital’s health service. ......
