Abstract
This paper tries to give the defination of the accuracy of account information.It also analyzes the specification and factors of the accuracy of account information.Through the analysis of quality status of account information,the subjective and objective reasons of information failure,the results of account information failure in the Chinese enterprises,some policies on preventing the account information failure are presented.
