【摘要】 目的 进一步提高慢性前列腺炎的治疗效果，寻找有效的中西医结合治疗方法。方法 对282例确诊为慢性前列腺炎患者实施中药前列春汤(自拟方)、α1A受体阻滞剂盐酸坦索罗辛、抗生素等治疗，观察患者治疗前后症状、前列腺液常规变化，辅以慢性前列腺炎症状指数CPSI评分作疗效评价。结果 显效(240例)85.1%，有效(31例)11%，无效(11例)3.9%。治疗前CPSI评分为(23±7)分，治疗后降至(8±4)分，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效显著，值得推广。

    Clinical therapeutic effectiveness observation on the integrated treatment of chronic prostatitis with Chinese medicine and western medicine

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective therapy for the prostatitis so as to improve the treatment.Methods 282 cases of chronic prostatitis patients were treated with Chinese medicine“ Qian lie Chun” decoction, α1A adrenoceptor blocker(tamsulosin) and antibiotic for 6 weeks.The change of symptoms, expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) routine were observed before and after the treatment. The efficacy of treatment were evaluated by CPSI score.Results Remarkably effective-240 cases (85.1%), effective-31cases (11%), noneffective-11 cases (3.9%).CPSI score reduced from (23±7) befor treatment to (8±4) after treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion The therapy combining Chinese medicine with western medicine for the treatment of chronic prostatitis is successful. ......
