腹腔镜腹腔内置片加粘停宁治疗腹股沟疝(附85例报告)

【摘要】 目的：探讨粘停宁在腹腔镜腹腔内补片植入术(IPOM)治疗腹股沟疝的优越性。方法：应用腹腔镜腹腔内补网片法(intraperitoneal on laymesh,IPOM)及粘停宁治疗85例疝患者(其中嵌顿疝12例，双侧疝24例，复发疝20例)。结果：85例均在腹腔镜下完成手术，手术时间20～30min，平均25min，术中无并发症，无出血。住院3～7d，平均4d。术后恢复顺利，无肠粘连、腹腔感染、阴囊血肿。随访85例6～24个月，平均16个月，无复发。结论：腹腔镜IPOM及粘停宁方法治疗腹股沟疝安全可行，且患者创伤小，康复快，住院时间短，不易复发，无肠粘连等并发症。【关键词】 疝，腹股沟；腹腔镜检查

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect and prosperity of medical chitin degraded membrane combined with laparoscopic intraperitoneal on laymesh(IPOM)in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods:medical chitin degraded membrane combined with laparoscopic intraperitoneal on laymesh was perfomed in 85 cases with inguinal hernia from Janaury,2002 to August,2004.Results:The operation was successfully performed in all patients.The operative time was 2030minutes(average 25 minutes).No complication and bleeding was found intraoperatively.The hospitalization was 3 4days Follow up ranged from 6 months to 2 years and no relapse was found.Conclusions:medical chitin degraded membrane combined with laparoscopic IPOM is safe and effective,It has advantages of miniinvasion,short operation time and quick recovery. ......
