Grabbing the management of science and technology,promoting the development of medicine sanitary cause

    Abstract

    Medicine sanitary profession is a profession of technology intensive.The medicine sanitary cause will not develop without the advance of medicine sanitary and technology and the training of medicine professional talents.After retrospective analysis through working for the medical science and technology of past 5 years of site district, the author thinks that there are 4 focal points in grabbing the medicine sanitary work of science and technology:First,is to grab the “head project” to strengthen the guidance and management of the medicine sanitary science and technology work.Second is to construct two talent troops for management and academy,in order to fully develop people’s can movement use.Third is to optimize three promotion mechanisms,such as input,competition and cooperation,strengthen the inner power of the medicine sanitary sustainable development of science and technology.Fourth is to implement the 4 basic systems,such as investigation research,management,goal check and consulting decision,to make management scientific and standard.Through a series of scientific management,forging the innovation platform of science and technology,promoting the development of medicine sanitary cause. ......
