     【摘要】 目的：评价腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后远期疗效。方法：随机对我院1992年10月～2002年10月7 856例LC中的4 104例患者进行了书信或电话随访，并对随访结果进行回顾性分析。结果：随访成功3 200例(占78%)，其中术后半年至10年有不良反应及并发症者928例，其发生率为29%。主要不良反应及并发症有：腹痛699例；慢性腹泻590例；其中既有腹痛又有腹泻者408例；发热、黄疸47例，其中胆总管结石43例。结论：LC术后远期疗效良好，是治疗胆囊炎胆石症的首选方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate longterm curative effect after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:followup 4 104 cases after LC at random from October 1992 to October 2002 by telephone or letter.The followup results were analyzed retrospectively.Results:3 200 patients had succeed of followup survey.928 patients had the postoperative complications and adverse reactions(in cidence rate 29%),that included,699 cases of right hypochondrium pain,590 cases were diarrhea(408 cases of right hypochondrium pain and diarrhea),47 cases were fever and jaundice,retained common bile duct stones were found in 43 patients.Conclusions:Longtime curative effect after LC is good.LC is the first choice for treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. ......
