     【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗精索静脉曲张的可行性。方法：对26例精索静脉曲张患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果：手术均获成功,平均手术时间34min，平均住院3d,症状均改善或消失。结论：腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张是一种安全有效的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the technique of laparoscopy in the treatment of varicocele.Methods:26 cases with varicocele cases treated by laparoscopy were analysed retrospectively.Results:All operation were successful.The mean operation time was 34 min,mean hospitalization was 3 days.The results were satisfacting.Conclusions:Laparoscopy is safe and effective for treating varicocele.
