【摘要】 目的 单侧唇裂经过早年的唇裂修复术，发育完全后还会出现鼻部畸形。两侧鼻穹隆弧度不一致，患侧鼻翼及鼻尖低塌，两侧鼻孔及形态大小不一致，患侧鼻前庭皱襞突出等等，较为常见。 方法 唇裂手术同期沿患侧鼻前庭黏膜皱襞做三角形切口形成单蒂的黏膜瓣，三角瓣的尖端近鼻孔内缘，在鼻前庭黏膜下这一层次进行游离，使得此黏膜瓣舒展，放置到鼻孔对侧，参与形成鼻底。去除此三角瓣后，完全消除鼻前庭皱襞，遗留创面进行黏膜拉拢缝合，抬高患侧鼻翼。 结果 术后1～24个月随访效果满意。 结论 在早期唇裂修复过程中，同期行鼻畸形整复采用患侧鼻前庭黏膜皱襞瓣可纠正鼻穹隆弧度不一致及患侧鼻翼及鼻尖低塌，两侧鼻孔形态及大小不一致，既不会对鼻翼软骨发育有很大影响又为二期修复鼻畸形建立了良好基础，同时又为封闭鼻底及鼻道形成提供组织来源。

    The use of nasal vestibule mucous membrane flap in unilateral cleft lip with nasal deformation restitution

    【Abstract】 Objective The unilateral cleft lip patients who have undergone plasty during baby-time will show malformation of nasal part after their development, there is a disparity in the radian of two nasal fornices, broken side of alae nasi and apex nasi collapse, two sides of the apertura naris appearance and size disparity, broken side’xs nasal fossa plica protrude and so on. Methods Making a triangle incision along broken side’xs nasal fossa form a single pedicle mucosal flap single pedicle’s top near apertura naris anterior border, at nasal fossa submucosa layer processing the liberation, make the mucosal flap to limber up, lay the mucosal flap to the opposite side apertura naris,participate basis nasi form. After remove the triangle flap, eliminate the nasal fossa plica completely, the left raw surface was sutured use mucosa, lift broken side’s alae nasi. Results After operation 1～24 months follow up result is satisfied.Conclusion In earlier period cleft lip repair procedure, at the same period making the nasal deformity restitution adopt broken nasal fossa mucosa plica flap can rectificate nasal fornices radian disparity and broken side alae nasi ......
