基层医院腹腔镜手术临床应用及并发症的防治体会(附236例报告)

     【摘要】 目的：探讨基层医院腹腔镜手术的临床应用。方法：我院选择性开展腹(胸)腔镜手术236例，总结分析其临床资料。结果：本组236例中3例中转开腹，余均手术成功。无严重并发症发生。结论：基层医院因地制宜，循序渐进地开展一定范围的腹(胸)腔镜手术是安全、可行的，这项技术值得临床应用，有很广阔的应用前景。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical application of laparoscopic surgery at local hospitals.Methods:The clinical data aboue 236 patients operated under laparoscope or thoracoscope at our hospital were summarized and analyzed according to the characteristic of specialties and distribution of diseases.Results:All surgeries via laparoscope or thoracoscope were successfully completed with no serious complications,except for 1 case of gall resection and 2 cases of appendectomy converted to open procedures.Conclusions:It is safe and feasible to develop laparoscopic or thoracoscopic surgery step by step at local hospitals to a definite extent according to local conditions.It is of great value to apply this technique. ......
