【摘要】 目的 探讨婚前HIV/AIDS感染的危险因素及其干预措施，为搞好艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 采用流行病学现场研究方法进行研究。结果 婚前自愿HIV抗体检测人数2532人，确认HIV抗体阳性28例。非条件Logistic回归分析表明，婚前HIV/AIDS感染与婚姻状况、静脉吸毒史、不洁性行为史呈正相关，与性别、文化程度呈负相关。结论 静脉吸毒、不洁性行为是婚前HIV/AIDS感染的主要危险因素，建议加大禁毒防艾力度，提倡安全性行为，提高全民素质，积极开展婚前HIV/AIDS自愿咨询检测工作，恢复婚检制度。

    【Abstract】 Objective Through probing into risk factors on premarital HIV/AIDS infection and intervention measures, so as to provide scientific evidences for doing well AIDS prevention and treatment.Methods We adopted Epidemiological Field Research Method to study it.Results There were 2532 premarital volunteers taken HIV antibody test. As a result, 28 cases of them were confirmed as the positive HIV antibody carriers. Through analyzing the data by Non-conditional Logistic Regression Analysis, it indicated that premarital HIV/AIDS infection was positive correlation with marital status, the exposure experience of injecting drug through vein and impurity sexual behavior, but it was negative correlation with gender and educational attainments.Conclusion The main risk factors, which caused premarital HIV/AIDS infection, were the exposure experience of injecting drug through vein and impurity sexual behavior. It was suggested that we tighten drug prohibition for preventing AIDS infection, advocate safe sexual behavior, improve quality of the people, actively carry out premarital HIV/AIDS voluntary consultation test and resume premarital medical check-up and consultation system. ......
