【摘要】 目的 探讨胸腰椎骨折病例前后路重建的疗效。方法 对58例胸腰椎骨折病例分别采用前后路固定，对治疗结果做出综合评价。结果 所有病例椎体高度恢复满意，植骨融合率达100%，神经功能改善。结论 对胸腰骨折病，术前进行正确的伤情评估，制定合理手术方案，可获得满意疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects of anterior and posterior surgical rebuilding in thoracolumbar fractures.Methods The comprehensive evaluation about curative effects is given to the fifty-eight thoracalumbar fracture patients treated by anterior and posterior operation respectively.Results All the patients are concerned get a satisfactory recovery in height of vertebrae body and neural functions,the spinal fusion is upgraded to 100%.Discussion The accurate traumatic evaluation and design a reasonable surgical project in pre-operation is vital important to get a satisfactory curative effects in thoracolumbar fractures. ......
