【摘要】 目的 观察细辛脑注射液佐治婴幼儿肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将100例肺炎患儿随机分成两组，治疗组50例在常规治疗的基础上加用细辛脑，静滴2次/d，连续5～7天，比较两组患儿症状及体征消失时间。结果 治疗组咳嗽、喘气消失天数及罗音消失时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论 细辛脑佐治婴幼儿肺炎效果显著，疗程短，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Asarone injection on children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 100 patients were divided into two groups .Beside the routine therapy ,the treatment group (n=50)were treated with Asarone injection 0.5～1 mg/kg.iv ,gtt .bid .The treatment course were 5-7days .Compare the two group’s symptom disappearing time.Results The cough and asthma improvement time ,rale disappearing time of treatment group were shorter than that of control group .The difference was remarkable (P<0.01).Conclusion Using Asarone injection in children’s bronchopneumonia can get better therapeutic effect and shorter period of treatment with less adverse reaction.
