【摘要】 目的 应用B超监视进行宫腔手术操作。方法 对早孕198例，大月份钳刮术110例，过期流产清宫术92例，药物流产清宫术48例及其他148例，共596例在B超监视下实施宫腔手术。结果 在B超监视下妇科医生对596例宫腔手术顺利完成。结论 B超监视下引导妇科医生实施宫腔手术全过程，方法简单、经济、临床效果好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of the observation of B-mode ultrasonic scanning when we do operation in uterine cavity. Methods To do uterine curettage in uterine cavity under the observation of B-mode ultrasonic scanning when women in 6～14 weeks gestation.Results All the 596 cases of operation were sucessfully finished.Conclusion The course of method of the uterine curettage in uterine cavity under the observation of B-mode ultrasonic scanning is simple and economical. And the clinical effection is good.
