【摘要】 本文对新疆地区反恐怖斗争所面临的形势进行了认真分析，总结出反恐怖斗争卫勤保障存在卫勤准备时间短促、卫勤力量结构复杂、药品器材需求特殊、地方卫勤力量动员有限等特点，并通过形势和特点分析，提出了完善反恐应急预案、强化反恐怖针对性训练、加强机动卫勤力量建设和建立协调统一的救治指挥机制等四项措施，对做好新疆地区反恐怖斗争卫勤保障工作有积极的参考价值。

    【Abstract】 This paper analyse earnestly the situation which faces anti- terror struggle in Xinjiang autonomous region and summarizes some characteristics which include very short preparation time,the complex structure for health service and safeguard, the special requirements of drugs and equipments and the limit mobilization for health service and safeguard and so on, and analysis on the situation and the characteristics. Four measures were proposed that include the consummation of the emergency plan, the strength of the anti- terror training and the mobile health service strength construction,the establishment of the coordination unification treatments and the direction mechanism.They have the positive reference value to accomplish the anti- terror struggle in Xinjiang area.
