[摘要] 目的 评价成人法洛四联症(TOF)根治术的风险和得益。方法 回顾我院成人TOF根治术患者的临床资料及治疗体会。结果 手术治疗35例，死亡1例(2.9%)。室间隔缺损(VSD)残余漏1例(2.9%)，右室流出道(RVOT)梗阻解除不完全1例(2.9%)。平均随访14.3(1～42)个月，26例(76.5%)心功能NYHA Ⅰ级，心功能Ⅱ级7例(20.6%)，心功能Ⅲ级1例(2.9%)(P<0.01)。结论 外科手术根治成人TOF是可靠和有效的方法。

    Clinic analysis of total repair of tetralogy of Fallot in 35 adulthood patients

    [Abstract] Objective To compare the risk and benefit of total correction of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) in adulthood.Methods To analyze clinic data and treatment experience in total correction of TOF in adults.Results Operated 35 cases,1 death (2.9%),1 residual ventricular septal defect (VSD) (2.9%),1 not complete relief of the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) obstruction(2.9%).The mean follow up was 14.3 (1～42) months,the cardiac function of 26 patients (76.5%) was NYHA Ⅰ,7 patients(20.6%)was NYHAⅡ,1 patient(2.9%)was NYHAⅢ(P<0.01).Conclusion Total correction of TOF in adulthood patients is safe and effective. ......
