【摘要】 目的 观察金特佳注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 将90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组45例，静脉点滴金特佳20ml/次，qd×21d，对照组45例，肌注维生素B1针剂100mg，维生素B12针剂500μg，每日1次，qd×21d，观察两组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为91.11%，显效率为60.00%，并有助于改善神经传导速度，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 金特佳注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变患者有良好的疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)with Jintejia injection.Methods 90 patients suffering from DNP were divided into therapy group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases). The therapy group was treated with Jintejia injection in a dose of 20 ml per day for 21 days. The control group was intramuscular injected with vitamin B1 and B12 per day for 21 days. Nerve conducting speed and clinical effect were observed.Results The total effective rate in the therapy group was 91.11%,marked effective rate was 60.00%,and nerve conducting speed was improved(P <0.05), which showed significant better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jintejia injection has significant effect on DNP. ......
