息贲胶囊联合GP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

     【摘要】 目的观察息贲胶囊联合健择+顺铂化疗(GP方案)治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效、毒副反应及对生活质量的影响。方法 71例NSCLC患者随机分为2组。治疗组36例应用GP方案化疗同时加用息贲胶囊，每次5粒(0.25g/粒),每日3次。对照组35例单用GP方案化疗。2组均每个周期21日,3个周期为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为52.8%，对照组总有效率为42.9%，2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)；治疗组的骨髓学毒性低于对照组(P<0.05)；生活质量评分改善治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)；中位肿瘤进展时间治疗组322日,对照组273日。结论息贲胶囊联合GP方案与单用GP方案治疗中晚期NSCLC的客观疗效无明显差异性，但前者能降低化疗毒副反应，改善患者生活质量，延长中位生存期。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect, noxious sideeffect and the impact on quality of life using Xiben capsule combined with GP chemotherapy in advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 71 patients of advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups. 36 patients in treatment group were treated by combined therapy of GEM+DDP and Xiben Capsule. The patients take this capsules 3 times a day, 5 grains each time (0.25 g/grain). Patients in control group (n=35) were treated only by GEM+DDP. Each cycle of the two groups has 21 days, and three cycles make a period of treatment. Results The general efficiency of the treatment group wais 52.8%, and that of comparative group was 42.9% (P>0.05); The bone marrow toxicity of the patients in treatment group is lower than that in comparative group (P<0.01); the grade of quality of life in treatment group excels that in comparative group (P<0.01). The evolving time of tumor in treatment group is 322d and that in comparative group is 273d.Conclusion There was no obvious difference between using the therapy of combining Xiben capsule and GP and using GP alone in treating patients of advanced NSCLC, however, the former can reduce the noxious side effect of chemotherapy, improve the life quality of the patients, and prolong the median survival time. ......
