[摘要] 目的 探讨外科手术治疗耐药肺结核的效果及注意事项。方法 对2002年5月～2005年12月我院收治的82例耐药肺结核手术病人的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 82例耐药肺结核病人,临床治愈率93.9%(77/82)，并发症发生率为8.5%(7/82)，术后痰菌阴转率87.8%(72/82)，4例持续排菌，均为微量排菌。结论 对于耐多药肺结核病人，外科手术治疗是一种主要治疗手段。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the effects and noticed proceeding of surgery treatment of drug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 82 cases of patients that have been operated on drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis from May 2002 to December 2005 were analyzed.Results The cure rate of 82 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with drug-resistance was 93.9%(77/82).The incidence rate of complication was 8.5%(7/82) and sputum negative conversion rate was 87.8%(72/82) after surgery.4 cases continue to discharge of bucteria.Conclusion Surgery is an effective treatment to drug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis patients. ......
