【摘要】 目的 探讨白藜芦醇的HPLC测定方法。方法 用HPLC法测定白藜芦醇的含量,与其他检测方法相比。测定条件：Agilent XDB-ODS柱(150mm × 4.6mm , 5μm)；测定流动相：乙腈-冰醋酸-水(25：2：73)；检测波长：303μm。结果 白藜芦醇在0.5～2.0μg范围内有良好的线性关系，γ=0.9999；平均回收率98.26%。结论 本法准确、重现性好适用于白藜芦醇含量的检测。

    【Abstract】 Objective Detrmination the extract from the Polygonum Cuspidatum by HPLC.Methods The HPLC system consists of a reverse-phase Agilent XDB-ODS column(150mm × 4.6mm , 5μm) and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid-water (25:2:73), with UV detective wavelength being 310μm.Results It showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5～1μg with γ=0.9999 and the recovery was 98.26%.Conclusion This method is exact, reproducible and can be used for the quantitative analysis.
