[摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合分期治疗蛔虫性肠梗阻，指导临床。方法 对98例蛔虫性肠梗阻患者，随机分为中西医结合分期治疗组(A组)49例，对照组(传统治疗组B组)49例进行治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率98%，对照组总有效率68%。无论近期及远期疗效，治疗组均较对照组佳，两组疗效比较，差异有非常显著性(P≤0.01)。结论 蛔虫性肠梗阻中西医结合分期治疗是一种好的方法，实用性、指导性强，易于掌握。

    Stage therapeutics of ascaris intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

    [Abstract] Objective To explore stage therapeutics of ascaris intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional and Western medicine and to guide clinical application.Methods A total of 98 cases of ascaris intestinal obstruction were divided into two groups randomly.The group with integrated traditional and Western medicine(A group)consists of 49 cases,the control group with traditional treating method(B group)consists of 49 cases too.Results The therapeutic effect of the treating group(A group)was conspicuous and the total effective rate got to 97 percent,while the total effective rate of the control group(B group)reached 68 percent.The temporary and long-term therapeutic effect of the treating group was much better than that of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the treating group showed significant difference from that of the control group(P≤0.01).Conclusion Stage therapeuitics of ascaris intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional and Western medicine is a good method,it is wield,directory and pragmatic. ......
