【摘要】 目的 观察3M后牙第三代超硬树脂(P60树脂)充填后牙大面积窝洞的临床效果。方法 用P60树脂充填240个后牙()面洞、邻()面洞,连续观察3年,评价其临床效果。结果 1年复查,100%的充填体临床效果优;2年复查,临床效果优者235牙,占97.9%;3年复查,临床效果优者224牙,占93.33%。结论 3M第三代后牙超硬树脂充填后牙大面积窝洞临床效果满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of terric ceram P60 resin filling huge molar cavity. Methods 240 molars with Ⅰ、Ⅱ caries cave fillings with P60 resin, observed continously three years to evaluate the clinical effect.Results Re-examinating after 1 year, 100% of the filling clinical effect was excellent; those in two years,235 of the filled teeth, 97. 91% of all,was obviously effective; those in 3 years, 224 of the filled teeth, 93.33% of all,was excellent.Conclusion The clinical effect of P60 resin fillings is satisfied.
