【摘要】 目的 观察复方甘草酸苷联合更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 将120例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例，给予复方甘草酸苷联合更昔洛韦；对照组60例，给予阿昔洛韦治疗。用药10天后观察2组临床症状、体征变化。结果 治疗组在临床症状、体征的改善方面较对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 复方甘草酸苷联合更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床疗效明显优于阿昔洛韦。

    Observation of the therapeutic effects of compound glycyrrhizin with ganciclovir for injection on herpes zoster

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin with ganciclovir for injection on herpes zoster.Methods 120 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(60 cases)were treated with ompound glycyrrhizin with ganciclovir for injection and the control group(60 cases) were treated with aciclovir for injection.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed after treatment for ten days.Results Significant differences were found between the treatment group and the control group in improvements of clinical symptoms and signs(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin with ganciclovir for injecfion on the trentment of herpes zosfer is significantly better than that of aciclovir for injecfion. ......
