【摘要】 目的 研究次氯酸钠对乙脑病毒灭活实验的检测效果。方法 依照2002年版《消毒技术规范》规定的实验程序，用次氯酸钠对乙脑病毒疫苗株进行消毒，分别用ELESA法和病毒滴定法进行检测。结果 含有效氯625mg/L的次氯酸钠作用于乙脑病毒3、5、10、20min，病毒滴定法检测结果为6.3，正常生长，正常生长，正常生长；ELESA法为5.8、1.2、0.7、0.8。结论 两种方法相关性好，但ELESA法检测为弱阳性时，相同浓度的病毒对细胞仍然有毒性，病毒滴定法相对繁琐。
