[摘要] 目的 探讨在C臂X线机监视下应用微创技术三枚空心钉固定治疗少年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法 应用微创技术三枚空心钉固定治疗少年股骨颈新鲜骨折12例。结果 本组病例均获随访，时间6～24个月，平均18个月。12例骨折均愈合。骨折愈合率100%。结论 应用微创技术三枚空心钉固定治疗少年股骨颈骨折具有手术创伤小、方法简便、固定牢靠、可早期功能锻炼、并发症少等优点，是治疗少年股骨颈新鲜骨折的理想方法。

    Application of minimally invasive method and three cannulated screw fixation to treat young femoral neck fracture

    [Abstract] Objective To study the effects and key points of treating young femoral neck fractures with minimally invasive method and 3 cannulated screw fixation under C-arm X-ray monitoring.Methods 12 cases of young patients with fresh femoral neck fractures were treated with minimally invasive method and 3 cannulate srew fixation.The effects of the treatment were followed up.Results All the patients were followed up from G to 24 months (18 months on average)12 fractures got bone union.100% of the fractures achieved union.Conclusion Application of minimally ivvasive method and 3 cannulated screw fixation is an effective means to treat young fresh femoral neck fracture,for it leads to early ambulance,short time of hospitalzation or bed best,minimal invasion,stable fixation, less complications, and simplicity. ......
