肺宁对大鼠博莱霉素肺损伤早期治疗作用的机制研究

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the effect of Chinese medicine Feining on early experimental pulmonary fibrosis in rats induced by bleomycin(BL). METHODS: All rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Feining groups (dose:1, 2, 4 g/kg), prednisone group, and given BL endotracheally except the normal control group.On day 2, each BL group was given Feining and prednisone respectively. On day 7 and 14, 6 rats in each group were killed and lungs were harvested. The right lungs were subjected to histopathological studies(HE staining),the left lungs were homogenized for biochemical assays of SOD activity and MDA,GSH,TNFα contents. RESULTS: Compared to model group,alveolitis was alleviated in each Feining group significantly;on day 7, MDA, TNFα contents of homogenized lungs in each Feining group decreased(P<0.05), GSH content of homogenized lungs in the Feining(4 g/kg) group and prednisone group increased (P<0.05); on day 14, SOD activity, GSH content of homogenized lungs in each treated group increased (P<0.05), MDA contents decreased (P<0.05), TNFα content of homogenized lungs in the Feining (2, 4 g/kg) group decreased(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The mechanism by which Feining resists pulmonary alveolitis is involved in promoting the activity of SOD, reducing lipid peroxide(LPO)mediated injury, enhancing the power of eliminating oxygen radical, improving the oxidation/deoxidation balance.Feining can prevent pulmonary fibrosis. ......
