【摘要】 目的 用HPLC法建立鸡胆汁分散片中牛磺鹅去氧胆酸钠的定量分析方法。方法 采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-1%三氟乙酸为流动相，检测波长为205nm，按外标法定量。结果 牛磺鹅去氧胆酸钠在1.162～46.48μg范围内呈现良好线性关系，相关系数r=0.99999;平均加样回收率为100.6%，RSD分别为0.45%(n=9)。结论 本方法操作简便、准确、可靠，适宜该制剂的质量控制。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the sodium taurochenodeoxycholic acid in fowl bile dispersible tablets. Methods The DiamonsilC18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)was used.The mobil ephase:acetonitrile-water-1% trifluoroacetic acid(35:55:10),the UVdetector wavelength was 205nm.Results The calibration curve of sodium taurochenodeoxycholic acid was linear (r:0.99996) within the range of 0.98～19.60μg for puere in. The average recovery rate of sodium taurochenodeoxycholic acid was 100.4% ,and RSD was 0.12% (n=9). Conclusion The methool is simple and accurate and reliable,suitable for the quality control of the drug.
