【摘要】 目的 建立注射用血凝酶的细菌内毒素检查方法。方法 用4个生产厂的鲎试剂对注射用血凝酶进行干扰试验研究。结果 注射用血凝酶对细菌内毒素检查无干扰作用。结论 可以用细菌内毒素检查法代替家兔热原检查法控制其热原。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of the bacterial endotoxin in haemocoagulase Atrox for injection.Methods Inhibition and enhancement test was performed with tachypleus amebocyte lysate manufactured by four different companies.Results The bacterial endotoxins test would not be interfered by the injection.Conclusion The results suggested that bacterial endotoxins test could be used as an alternative method for the rabbit pyrogen test for Haemocoagulase Atrox for Injection.
